Problem

Whether it may be academic strain, emotional stress, or financial circumstances, mental health issues continues to be prevalent on college campuses. Many college students are seeking treatment at campus counseling centers for serious mental health problems. What more can be done?

Solution

Using our immediate access to our mobile device as a solution. SenseR is an application that utilizes touch and heart monitoring technology to adjust one's mood using visual content.

SenseR Wearable

This device monitors the user's heart rate, temperature, and other vitals that may act as indicators of their current well being. Similar to voice command AI like Apple's Siri. The wearable can also be activated via the keyword "SenseR."

"SenseR I am feeling stressed for this exam"
All this information is monitored and sent to the device that is connected to this wearable.

SenseR Mobile App

Using the information that is received from the wearable or via the user's manual inputs. The app will display visuals or provide auditory material that can help the user cope with their current mental state. The user will also have the option of connecting with someone they can talk to, this may be someone they already know or someone from a support team.

Booknect

Problem

Making the ebook reading experience more sociable and interactive.

Solution

Booknect is a virtual Book Club app that allows users to create virtual book clubs while reading a copy of an electronic book (this may also include audio books). User will be able to access electronic took, and have voice and text exchanges in these book clubs. Users from all around the world will be able to join these book clubs and participate in reading sessions.

SaveMachine

The concept for this design is focused on the problems of financial literacy, particularly the limitations in knowledge that many face when it come to how to make sound financial decisions, save and invest their money.

Solution

SaveMachine is a website for financial literacy where users can learn to manage their finances through offered courses, related products and consultations.

BrushCollab

Tools: Adobe Photoshop + Illustrator + XD

Problem

Limitation to art collaboration due to geographic barriers—you would like to collaborate with an artist you follow that is in a completely different time

Solution

BrushCollab is a website and app where artists can connect and work on collaborative design projects. Similar to google docs where you can collaborate on writing projects, artists will have the opportunity to work on art projects through virtual canvases and classrooms.
